&lt;p&gt;It seeks to bring maximum value and production at little cost or time. It whispers that we can maximize every hour, automate every mundane task, and conquer an ever-growing laundry list of to-do items while &amp;ldquo;learning&amp;rdquo; three new skills on the side.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get that appeal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But lately I have realized that the more we pursue this, we accidentally solve for a life without a soul.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
